Ok, I haven't used the package you are talking about, BUT have used for endurance what ever my farrier supplied, for my TB who has very soft feet and knew that there was lots of flint on the race we were doing.
I will also have to use it on a horse here that had a massive injury and has a lump of sole that grows down like a corn. I think that without shoes when being worked and extra protection she will be foot sore. I have also used it on a young Arab with a nasty splint, he had to be worked and with a cushioning pad underneath and some really good TLC the splint almost has disappeared. so what I am saying is give it a try, or speak to your farrier. |
